Green Star and Sustainability Consulting

We currently serve as 'New Build' Green Star assessors and assessors-in-training for the EPB and Interiors Tool, assisting the Green Building Council of South Africa with submissions, and serving as faculty members lecturing on the new build, existing buildings and interiors Green Star courses.
We participate actively with the council, serving on the assessor committee in developing numerous tools serving on the various technical committees. This, combined with our experience in simulation software and numbers submissions as an AP offers our clients a unique opportunity of experience-tested systems and processes. We are thus able to ensure engineering and Green Star consulting commences with first principles, and finishes with a certified development.
Apart from our Green Star accreditation, our experience on projects as Sustainability Engineers offers teams guidance on LEED, the GBCA suite of tools and BREEAM, the UK rating system.

Richard is an active Volunteer for the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Airconditioning Engineers (Ashrae). He is the Current SA Chapter President finishing his second term where he will look forward to acting as the Sub-region 1 chair for the Ashrae Region At Large (RAL).
